2. Return process

• Returns must be approved before an item is shipped back.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item received.

3. Refunds & exchanges

If your return or exchange is approved:

• An eligible refund or account credit will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when applicable, or as an account credit, depending on the circumstances of the return.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

5. Final approval
